Windows & header bars
Main window anatomy
A Parch application window is header bar → optional toolbar → body. Header
bars use --surface-2, carry the app icon + title start-aligned and window
controls end-aligned, and never scroll away.

Header bar rules
- Title is the document or view name, not the app name (the taskbar shows the app).
- The primary view action may live in the header bar (e.g. Install); secondary actions collapse into a menu.
- No more than two buttons plus one menu in a header bar.
- In RTL, the whole bar mirrors: window controls end up start-aligned.
Toolbars
Toolbars repeat frequent body actions with icon buttons (flat variant). They may scroll with content. If you can't name the five actions that deserve toolbar space, don't ship a toolbar.
Windows and dialogs
- One main window per task; supporting views open dialogs, not extra windows.
- Remember window size and position per app.
- Closing a window with unsaved changes prompts, see Unsaved changes.
